Cut steel parts, ready for your welding line.
Laser, oxy-fuel and plasma cutting from thin sheet to 300 mm plate — flattened, bevelled, blasted, bent and delivered as kits. Part of the Aries Group.
A plant built around cutting
Aries⁴ Raciostyl does one job and does it at volume: it turns steel sheet and plate into parts that go straight onto a welding line. Four Trumpf laser cutting machines handle sheet; an XXL Messer table cuts thick plate with oxy-fuel and plasma torches.
What makes the difference is what happens after the cut. Parts are flattened, bevelled for welding, deburred, shot blasted, bent or rolled, marked and packed by kit, so the next workshop does not have to touch them before welding.
The plant sits in Drienovec, about 30 km from Košice in eastern Slovakia, and ships to the other Aries plants and to machine builders across Europe.

The plantFour Trumpf lasers and an XXL oxy-fuel and plasma table
Thin sheet and thick plate are cut in the same plant, under one order and one quality plan.
4 lasers · oxy-fuel up to 300 mm · plasma up to 40 mm
Flattening, bevelling, deburring and shot blasting after the cut
Parts arrive ready to weld, so your welders skip grinding and rework.
2 levelling machines · straightening press · CNC bevelling
Kits packed in the order of your welding sequence
Less handling and less stock on your side, and a missing part shows up before welding starts.
Sister plants in Tornaľa and Brignais
Welding, machining, painting and assembly can follow without qualifying a new supplier.

Where our parts go
Construction and earthmoving machinery
Thick plate parts, counterweights, base plates and frame gussets.
Mining and quarrying
Wear-resistant and high-strength plate cut and bevelled for welded structures.
Material handling and lifting
Brackets, lugs and frame parts for forklifts, telehandlers and lifting equipment.
Agricultural machinery
Laser-cut and bent parts for tractors, implements and handling machines.
Steel fabrication and welding shops
Weld-ready kits that let a welding shop concentrate on welding.
Frequently asked questions
- What is the maximum thickness you can cut?
- Up to 300 mm of carbon steel with oxy-fuel. Plasma cuts up to 40 mm and the lasers cut sheet up to 20–25 mm depending on the grade and the machine.
- Can you deliver parts ready to weld?
- Yes. We flatten, bevel (gas or CNC), deburr and shot blast cut parts, and deliver them as kits in the order your welding line uses them.
- Where is the plant?
- In Drienovec, Košice Region, eastern Slovakia, about 30 km from Košice and close to the Hungarian border.
- What quantities do you take?
- Medium and high series are our core business; prototypes and first articles are made on the same machines before series start.
