Cut and drilled steel parts sorted on racks, ready for kitting

Kitting, machining and welded sub-assemblies

Kits sorted for your welding line, plus machining and welded sub-assemblies.

Many of our parts leave as kits: every cut, bent and machined part needed for one welded assembly, packed in the order the welding line uses them. Kits reduce handling and stock on your side and make missing parts visible before welding starts.

For parts that need holes, threads or machined faces, our CNC machines (Mazak turning centres, a Leadwell machining centre and a vertical boring and milling machine) work directly after cutting. A welding robot cell and manual welders build simple welded sub-assemblies.

Larger welded and painted assemblies are made by our sister plant Aries² in Tornaľa, about 80 km away, so a program can grow from cut parts to finished assemblies without changing supplier.
